Jun 28, 2005 Cask rating. Creamy and thick off-white head... hazy amber with an occaisional small hop leaf floating in there. Light, but solid and smooth Centeniel hops taste... very green and leafy, kind of reminicent of the Randalized 90min. Slight fruity bubblegum notes too... Some caramel malt. Good balance, and a great drink, just slightly basic.

Jun 20, 2005 On tap at the brewpub, from the hand pull cask. Cloudy, frothy IPA with centennial and cascade hops flavors. Decent malt, decent balance. Very drinkable, has served as a session brew.

Jun 11, 2005 a cloudy golden brown color w/ a little sedement in it served froma hand pull w/ some chunkies. a nice thick creamy of white to white head that stayed and laced well. Big citrus hop aroma a touch grassy lightly malty hints of light fruit. Plaate is much to wattered light body can feel the little chunks.Flavor is a nice smooth bitter citrus and a touch of light fruit and the lightest of carmel malt. Overall it would make for a good session beer.

Jun 11, 2005 Was very murky on pull, but then settled out nicely to a light hazy copper color. Eggshell white head that’s foamy, thick, and fully lasting. Excellent lacing. Strawberry and cascade hops. Caskiness. The flavor reminds me more of amarillo and centennial hops. Smooth oaky backbone. The palate is slick watery and yet still has a medium mouthfeel.

Jun 11, 2005 "Cask" pint at the brewpub. Cloudy brass body under a thick, creamy white head. Very Centenially aroma along with watermelon rind and a basic caramel malt. The flavor is a mirror image of the aroma - strong bitter hops over basic malt. The mouthfeel is lacking, it seems to dissolve in your mouth. Dry finish.

May 7, 2005 The most hop fragrant IPA I sampled at the Beer Baron Festival in Milwaukee. The taste couldn’t have possibly lived up to the aroma,but it came close. A big mellow grapefruit burst of hops in your mouth,that faded smoothly down the throat. One of my new favorites discoveries at the festival

Apr 18, 2005 Cask. Dark orange color with a medium head. Lots of hops in the aroma. Powerful hop blast in the taste with some orange rounding it out. Not as dry as you’d expect with all the bitterness. Semi-creamy. Nice!

Apr 17, 2005 On Cask: Darker Yellow Coloring with White Bubbly Skin. Citrus and Dry Hop Aroma. Medium Mouthfeel. Big Dry Hop Hit..Light Lemon zing and Sweet Malt in the Background...Little Dusty as Well. Decent IPA.
