Delafield Blackberry Amber

LIghtly hazed amber to rose colored liquid. Smaller off pink head. Aromas of berries and pale malt. Flavors are dominated by berries with a raspberry and cranberry mix. Not catching the deep blackberry flavors. A berry brew with just a hint of amber.

On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. Poured a clear, ruby/garnet with a short pinkish head. Nose picked up lots of fresh blackberries, some wheat, and fruity liquor... not much else. Flavor found tart blackberry and wheaty notes.. not bad, but didn’t do it for me. Berry tartness on the palate along with graininess across the middle... slightly stale finish.
