Dec 30, 2003 Looks like an octoberfest, dark amber to copper in color with a smaller head of creamy hand-pulled bubbles. Heavy aromas of vanilla, scotch, butterscotch and light smoke. I was not going to rate this as I had the rated the octoberfest, but this is so different that I could not resist. Smooth and lightly oily. Flavors of light vanilla, butterscotch and malt. This is a great new twist. Smooth and very mellow. I had to have a growler to take home - hopefully to celebrate a Badger Bowl victory.
