Jan 4, 2005 Same as County Cork (4%)? Dark brown, almost no light coming through. Creamy dense tan head. Aroma is hard to find... roasted coffee mostly. Nice soft coffee, chocolate, licorice concoction. A little sweet and thin palated, but very good.

Dec 24, 2004 Served as "County Cork Irish Stout". Black body with a brown head that’s lasted a good half-hour. This is a dry stout with more dark chocolate flavor that coffee. Roasty finish with a touch of the same dandelion hops as the Pewaukee Porter. The nitro body seems to make the flavors less intense. Dry, chocolately aroma. An above-average dry stout.
