Clear, pale yellow with a small, diffusing head. Aroma is nearly 100 percent sour lemons. Tastes clean with sweet hints of sugared lemons and dinner rolls. Smooth, light carbonation. Finishes like a lemon drop. Brisk. Nothing fancy, but a nice summer quaff from a category that’s usually very sub par.

Sampler: Gold body and white head. Aroma and flavor had a mils sweetness to it. Smooth and easy lite beer. Don’t know if this is bottled but would definently give Miller lite a run for it’s money.

Every brewhaus wants to have a light beer offering. This one is pretty good by light beer standards.

Sampler. A clear light gold, nice lacing. Aroma of corn. Some flavor, pretty good for what it is.

On draught at the brewpub in Delafield, Wisconsin. Pours a crystal clear straw brew, with lots of carbonation bubbles, topped with a creamy white head that has some nice retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of sweet white bready malt, fruity character and some grassy hops. Taste is light bodied, well-carbonated with flavors of light corn syrup, some tropical fruity, white bread and some grassy hops. Finish iis light fruity, crisp, with a clean finish.

Light yellow color with a thin head. Vague malt aroma. It’s a little sweet, but not really a malt sweetness, more like sugar. Inoffensive, but bland.

Pale Yellow Coloring with White Head. Malt and Lemon Aroma. Starts off With a Hit of Lemon..Then Dry Wheat and Sweet Malt with a Wet Ending. Not Hugely Offensive.

On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. Poured clear, bright almost watery golden with a tall, fluffy synthetic cap of white head. The aroma picked up dusty bread and faint pale malts.. soft and pleasant, yet rather boring. The flavor had corn and honey sweetness with faint lemon zest and floral bitterness on the edges.. honey and grainy sweetness on the short finish. Lighter-bodied and grainy on the palate.. felt good for the style.
