On draught at the brewpub out side of Delafield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale brew with an average off-white head that slowly dissipates to a white ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, some citrus zest, grapefruit and a touch of grassy hops. Taste is light to medium bodied, golden grain malt flavor, grassy hops and a touch of grapefruit zest. Finish has a mild bitterness that slowly disappears. A solid golden grain session beer overall.

On tap at the Brewhaus. Not my style, but well-crafted, with fine balance. Dragonfly is a fine session beer. Very refreshing.

On tap at Delafield Brewhaus. Poured clear bright golden with a light cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweeter caramel and medium-skinned fruits.. pine and grapefruit accented the edges. The flavor had sweeter caramel and grapefruit meat at the core with pine and floral bitterness at the edges.. OK balance.. quite bitter finish. Lighter-bodied with a decent feel on the palate.. lower carbonation.. refreshing.

On tap at the brewpub on 6/21/07: Pours a transparent deep golden with a wispy lacing froth of white head. Lightly sweet pale malty nose has some fresh Saaz hoppy presence. Body is fairly full for the style with a nice malty sweetness, some graininess and good European hop character.

Golden color with a moderate, but quite stable off-white head. bread dough with noble hops in the aroma. Lightly floral and herbal scents. Nice crisp malt flavor balanced with again herbal and grassy hops. A nice crisp lager. I could sit on the porch a long time with this one.
