Hopsack and mild grapefruit aromas. Light sweet toasted amlt flavor quickly escorted away by citric and light pine flavors. flavors continue to the finish and linger, with only a mild return of malt late in the linger. Light palate. Soft, seemingly cask conditioned, but not. Reminded me much of the Founders Cascade beer. Hopheads rejoice, Delafield has answerred our prayers. JCapriotti (1378), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Smooth beer with a slight watery feel (maybe I just want resiny). Very flowery and citrusy taste... not a lot of malt. Good for hops though. DavidP (1743), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 17, 2003 Updated: Dec 7, 2003A pale ale with lots of Cascade hops. It had a great fresh floral aroma and taste, but unfortunately that was the only distinguishing characteristic. There wan't much of a malt backbone, and the Cascade hops weren't interesting enough by themselves to really make up for it.
