hopscotch (4595), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Sep 19, 2008 Updated: Sep 30, 2008Bottle... Post RBSG ’08 O-Town/Vero Beach Throwdown Chapter 8... Clear, straw-colored perry. Smells like a blend of warm, day old apples and pears destined for pear and apple butter. Full-bodied and oily. Good balance. Sweet and acidic. Acidic, dry finish. Bottle provided by TheCheeseMan! JMFG (1177), Florida, USA Sep 1, 2008 Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Clear light straw color, very little foam. Slightly sweet pear aroma, little tartness evident, kind of musky, overripe fruits. Sweeter taste than aroma gives off - also a little heat on the finish. Nice. Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Aug 22, 2008 Golden colour. Aroma of brown sugar and caramelized pear.
