Delirium Nocturnum

Bottle. Pours a medium cola reddish brown. Huge dark fruit aroma and sweet malt. Taste is heavily carbonated, dark fruit, fig , sweet malt with a nice crispness. Found it to be pretty good.

Draft @ Coles, Buffalo NY. medium brown, cola colored. Winey, brown sugar, rich maltiness. Flavor is slight sourness, malty ricness & touch of red wine. not too good

Coca-Cola pour, medium brown, with an active, frothy, bubbling tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of chocolate, dark fruits- raisins, figs, brown sugar, and some spice. Flavor incorporates all aroma qualities, sweet up front, a little spicy in the middle, and a slight fruity tartness and dryness at the finish. A little thin in the body for the color and alcohol. Not excellent, but quite solid, great cool weather beer.

Dark brown pour with a disappearing off-white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with strong hints of fruit and fig. Taste is very sweet, malty, with hints of plums and raisins. Finishes sweet, no bitterness and mild hint of alcohol. May be a bit overly sweet.

Average dark beer. Not worth what they think ti’s worth. good flavor... but not this good. AVERAGE for a microbrew

Bottle courtesy of Pflug. Pours a deep muddy red. Fat raisin and sweet fruit aroma. Taste is sweet fruit but also is fairly tart. Soured fruit. Meh.

Pours a dark brown color with a thick tan color head. Aroma of roasted malts and dark fruits and some sugars. Flavors of roasted malts, some coffee and chocolate, dry fruits like plums and raisans. Spices and a little liquorice. Good carbonation and a dry sweet and bitter finish. Very pleasant with lost of complexity in taste. Excelent.
