On tap @ the Delirium Cafe Belgium. Nice deep brownish red color. Caramel malt nose and flavor stand out, and a sweet finish present.

750ml Pours a burnt caramel color with a very fizzy off-white head. Nose of apples, yeast, and alcohol. There is a lot of malts with some apples, spice, and just a hint of bitterness. Very fruity. A nice full body with a little bit of oilyness.

Dark brown colour with a short-lived tan coloured head. The aroma is sweet and malty. There are some berry fruits and a touch of burnt wood. There are smoky malty tastes and some sugary hints before a touch of alcohol at the finish.

Draught @ Delerium Cafe, Brussels. Sweet malty nose. Pours clear caramel red beer. Some carbonation. A cream, fruity beer with some alcohol. Not as nice a the Tremens.

Draft @ Delirium Cafe, Brussels Jan ’08. Nice deep amber colour with large frothy head. Fruity aroma with an earthy / malty / spicy edge. Taste is sweet / fruity / with a faint hoppy flavour in the finish. Very drinkable and enjoyable beer.

Dark brown with white head. Sweet malt nose. Typical Belgian abbey style ale. I really liked it but had dreams about elephants.

Tap. Nice amber body. White head. Spicy aroma, but also moderately sweet. Special spicy flavour at first, then a medium sweet alcoholic flavour. Sweet finish. (Delirium Cafe, Brüssel, 15.12.07)
