On tap @ Bar Louie. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small head. Pungent sweet raisin aroma, lots of brown sugar and sour fruit in the body; random spiciness throughout. Better than Tremens, but you knew that.

Dec 22, 2009 Bottle. Dark red-brown pour, brownish head. Aroma is sweet, raisins, and malt. Taste fruit, sweet malt, and caramel. Alcohol comes through.

Dec 17, 2009 Reddish black, with several inches of brown whipped cream head. Aroma of cola and candi sugar. Taste is the same, but dry and gingery with a slight sourness and minerality into the finish. Alcohol is well hidden $5/11.2oz

Dec 17, 2009 If you are unfamiliar with the beer than off to the internet you will go to find out... Should there be chunks in my beer?? There in fact should be it’s just yeast and we like yeast! Delirium is decent Belgian ale with an earthy aroma, a thin palate and a somewhat coppery taste to it. Don’t worry about the yeast. To me I would say this is a middle of the road ale in a really cool bottle!

Dec 14, 2009 Updated: Dec 15, 2009Dark cider/brown color; Medium to heavy cream body; Aroma of malt, dark fruit, & raisons; Flavor of sweet malt, fruit - notably apricots & plums, some caramel and spice; Nicely balanced with a nice finish; I did enjoy it - quite good.

Dec 13, 2009 330 ml bottle sampled@RBNAG 2009, Cardinal. Amber body with a fine beige head. Aroam of sweet malt, caramel, ripe fruit, port and yeast. Flavor is sweet malt, dry fruit, caramel, a slightly burnt bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Dominated by the sweetness and a bit thin body to be in balance. Quite pleasant anyway.

Dec 4, 2009 33cl bottle from the Wine Company, Slough - stated ABV 8.5%. Reddish brown with a rapidly fading cream head; strong caramel and malt aroma; sweet treacle flavour then a sharp bitter-sour finish, before a sweet, warming, caramel finish. Too sweet for me.
