Pours a clear brownish-red with a thick, bubbly tan head. Big sweet aroma of malt, dried fruits, yeast. Clean bitter taste of malt and yeast, with notes of fruits. Lingering fruity bitterness. Quite tasty.

Aug 17, 2008 Dark reddish brown in color with floaties about. Smells of sweet molasses and dark dried fruits. Finishes with a bit of alcohol.

Aug 15, 2008 Poured A deep brown with a thick mocca head. The aroma is dark fruits, brown sugar, and malty. The flavor was a little chocolatey, but not sweet. It felt very light in the mouth and it went down very easy. Unfortunately, this beer smelled better than it tasted. I found it to be a watered down version of a Belgian style ale. There is nothing really special about this beer other the the bottle it comes in.

Aug 8, 2008 750 Bottle-Memphis. Raisons were the first thing that came through in the nose. Light body with medium head. Dry, tart finish. made me think of cherries.

Aug 4, 2008 pours crisp brown color with small head. tastes much like an american brown ale fermented with belgain yeast. very tasty and drinkable.
