Got the usual Delirium lick which I do really like but feel a little let down by this. As sugary as an old school wham bar but was expecting a little more Christmas. Maybe an elf thrown in, reindeer droppings, fruit and spice perhaps. I did like it, just a little too similar to the D Nocturnum. No bad thing just feel like I’ve gone for waz and the phone has rang right at the crucial moment. kevd193213 (486), Hope Valley, Rhode Island, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 13, 2009 Enjoyed at Stone Bistro. Pours a rich chestnut amber color. No head whatsoever to speak of. Aroma like Belgian Christmas - Belgian phenolics mixed with nutmeg/cinnamon/chestnuts/etc. Surprisingly easy drinking and enjoyable. Also quite a bit hoppier than I expected.
