Jan 24, 2009 0.33 l bottle from Alko. Dark amber color with quickly vanishing head. Sweetish, caramelly and fruity aroma with tart fruitiness, grapefruit, figs, sharp alcohol and hints of solvent. Sweetish caramelly, tart and nutty flavor with sharp alcohol.
Too boozy and sharp with overload or caramel.

Jan 22, 2009 330mL bottle from Regional. Pours deep red orange with an off white head. I found the aroma to be full of boysenberries coming through a base of spices and vanilla. Berry fruits come though in the flavour also. Spiced background flavours, reminds me of a Christmas mince tart. Not a hint of alcohol which is quite a feat considering its ABV. The finish is fruity, medium length.

Jan 20, 2009 Pours dark brown with ruby colouring and an off-white head. Spice, caramel and dark fruit aromas, with a hint of yeast. The flavour is amazing. A malty smoothness throughout, but the toffee, warming spices, prunes and plums all come through strong.. The bitterness from the malt balances the intense sweetness nicely. Very warming and more-ish!

Jan 18, 2009 Delirium Noel is a strong Belgian Ale at 10%. It has a murky appearance in its pour and a thin, short lasting head. Strong in smell and fruity taste.

Jan 14, 2009 Pours a reddish brown with a thick off white head and lots of sediment. Taste is thick and malty with lots of Belgian yeast, dark fruit, spices and great Belgian carbonation. Nice yeasty malt cinnamon spice dark fruit aroma. Elegant Christmas beer with very little hint of the 10 percent abv.

Jan 12, 2009 Bottle pours a dark amber orange color with a dense off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, dried fruits, spices, and yeast. Flavor is sweet initially, but followed by a fair amount of bitterness. Noticeable hops, but nicely balanced with the malty fruit flavors. Lively carbonation and a deceptive 10%. Tasty, but I’m still partial to Tremens.
