| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 17, 2004 I sampled both the 2002 & 2004 bottles in one sitting. Both were spicy, caramel malt flavored. 2002 bottle had an overall polished character. Delirium Noel is a well-made Belgian strong ale. Borup (1360), Albertslund, Denmark
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 11, 2009 Bottle. Dark brown colour with a nice beige head. Aroma and flavour of spice, fruit and malt. JohnnyJ (1353), Carlsbad, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 18, 2009 Marginal at best. Pours a golden orange with thin off-white head. Apple, plum, fruity esters, holiday spice, some sourness, and sweet malt. Spritzy mouthfeel. Standard belgian ale, a little boring. boto (1349), Granby, Connecticut, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 15, 2002 Updated: Dec 21, 20032001 Vintage: The color is slightly reddish orange. Slight whiff of alchohol to the nose. A bit of alchohol to the taste, but still a very sweet malt taste. Not what you would expect of a Christmas beer, but very good nonetheless.
2003 version on tap at Monks: Overall rating hasn't changed. Perhaps some fruits hiding in there with the malt sweetness to the nose. Very warming. Stefano (1347), Esbjerg, Denmark

Citrus, malt, caramel and licorice in the flavor. Medium bodied with a hot alcohol finish. Some lingering earthiness on the tongue. Not bad but not great.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 13, 2004 Far better than my first run in with this brewery. Much less sharp and abrasive, rather pleasant actually. Full blown Belgian style head and lacing. Fruit (cherry mostly what I catch) and for being 10% it’s not the abrasive wallop that their Delerium can be. Rather enjoyed this and wish I hadn’t been so hesitant to pick up another bottle or two as it was practically being given away when I bought it. biz82 (1328), austin, Texas, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 31, 2008 33cl bottle. Pours a slightly hazy brown colour with a small tan head. Typical Belgian aroma with some fruit and sugar. Really pleasant taste that hides the 10 ABV amazingly well. Flavour of syrup, candied fruit and a little warming alcohol in the finish. Great on a cold day.
