Medium brown color. Small head. Aroma is malty and yeasty. Medium bodied. Malty, yeasty and fruity. Spicy, but not overly so. Slight vinous quality. Drinkable, and hides it 10% alcohol content well. It is a little disappointing as a xmas beer, spices do not add to the quality of this beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Aw what a cute bottle! Santa Claus and hie 3 pink elephants are guiding his reindeer to deliver Begian Strong Ales to all of the Ratebeer Memebers for Christmas! The cork on my bottle came out with a resounding "POP"! The head was initially very large, but diminished quickly. It was made up of finely sized off white bubbles that left behind very little lacing and a hazy light brown colored uncarbonated body. Its aroma was a mixture of fruit malt and alcohol. The mouthfeel it initially bubbly then turns into a burning high alcohol feeling followed by a lasting tingly sensation. Definately a "BIG" beer with a lot of character to it that just wille not be ignored! The flavor is spicey with the high alcohol content covering up most of the flavors. Those that I noted were clove malt grape spices and caramel. After just half a glass I could feel the buzz from this "Big" beer.

Bottle 75cl. Large thick and off-white head that mostly lasted. Hazy amber color. Aroma of Christmas spice, coriander, caramel, fruit, yeast and maybe a hint of citrus like notes as well. Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation and light alcoholic texture. Balanced sweet malty flavor with light bitter and maybe a hint of acidic notes. Very nice and somewhat Christmas spicy lingering finish.

Bottle at ØLbaren - shared with Bager. Clear deep red - white head. Fruity, licorice, high sweetness, spicy, too high carbonation - kills some flavors. Not complex enough.

(Bottled) Clear, dark amber color with a smallish, mostly fading head. Strongly caramely-malty, dark-fruity, spicy and sweet aroma with alcohol hints. Sweetish-toffee-malty, spicy, very fruity flavor with plums and raisins. Actually pretty sahti-like. Medium to full body, quite thick and slightly sticky, smooth carbonation. Dangerously drinkable for the ABV, and less sweet than the other Delirium line. Not very complex, but a sweet-n-solid, sahti-like winter warmer nonetheless.

Tap at Chr. Firtal, Odense: Dark amber with fine white head. Smooth and filling texture. Spices, easy alcohol and malty sweetness. Very creamy and delicious. Live carbonation. Complex! Excellent lasting finish! Great Belgium!

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber body with a tan yellow head. Spicy yeast y notes, spices of cinnamon, allspice, and some light appleish tones. Lots of fruity esters coriander, plum, some light minerals. A bit sweet overall with a moderate warming. Nice Xmas ale.

Dark amber color with a medium head. Nutmeg and cinnamon laced aroma. Orange flavor with a bit of yeast in the middle. A bit of malt and spices as well. Very nice!
