Amber color with a big head that leaves plenty of belgium lace on the glass. A cider like aroma and flavor with just a bit of yeast. The high alcohol content is quite well hidden. A great seasonal beer.

Dark amber color - fairly clear and bubbly with a thin head. Nice rich flavors, warming and smooth. Notes of cherries, coriander & other spices. Finish is clean and warming.

2000 750ml grey bottle with pink Elephants pulling santas sliegh, pours a bright cloudy reddish-orange color. Fruity aroma of pears and tropical fruits, small bubbly head, bready, spicy fruity apple flavors, soft and full palate, nice lasting finish, very well hidden alcohol at 10%, warming feel, a great winter ale.

Aroma is reminiscent of a Belgian wheat. Wonderful reddish hue with yellow highlights. Frothy, thick, off-white head that is mostly lasting. 10% alcohol is very noticeable. Also, quite sweet. This brew is hard to drink with all that alcohol. Why they package it in a 18.5 oz bottle, I have no idea. My friend and I split the bottle and both poured most of it out. Not that it was bad, but with a long night ahead, and the tasting accomplished, I didn’t want to put myself into a state of delirium! A brew to be sipped, and perhaps shared.

Suprisingly good. Malt and raisons in the nose. Brown body with hints of red. Malt and chocolate flavor. Thick like syrup.

750 ml bottle - Market Sq. Liquors in Tallahassee, Fl. Pours a medium burnt copper color with a silky smooth khaki head, lots of carbonation. Aroma has some clean spicy notes with a sweet, pruney undertone. Flavor has some delicate date notes with raisins, candied sugar and perhaps some cherries. Blended together well. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy and the alcohol at 10% ais barely noticeable.

I liked this one very much. Hops show through a bit more than the other Delirium’s. Figs and apples with a nice warming finish. Slight spice.

11.2 ounce bottle in Westmalle goblet. Hazy brown with lasting flat tan head. Brown sugar, anise, and raisin wine aroma with slight alcohol evap. Caramel and brown sugar sweetness, nice round fruitiness, raisins and ripe cherries, very mild tobacco and spice finish. Medium body and medium low carbo. This is a damn fine beer. I was somewhat skeptical, I admit. I think this is very tasty and pleasant and, of course, strong.
