750 ml. bottle. Poured a medium brown with a modest off white head. Aroma is malty spiced and yeastey. The flavor is pretty strong fruit notes. Finish is warm and smooth. ABV is well hidden. Good beer nothing spectactular. Not especially seasonal flavor.

On tap at The Red in Santa Cruz. More amber than dark. Tan dense head leaves a ton of lacing. Aromas of orange peel, phenols, and a nice toffee base. Mushy apricot, candi sugar, big orange peel, and earthy and spicy notes make up the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is a little flat but that could just be the tap. Pretty nice beer.

750ml bottle. Poured a cloudy copper with a thin off white head. Nose was spicy, malty, with belgian yeasts. Fairly smooth with a light alcohol bite. Some nice spice notes, but on the mellow/simple side. Finish was spicy.

On tap at The Front Door Boise, Pours out a brownish mahogany topped with a cream head. Aroma of sweetness and spice. Tast was just the same sweet and spice. Everything nice. Along with the classic belg yeast.

Great for the holidays. A nice sweet beer to drink after a good dinner. I loved every bit of it.

Pours a translucent copper orange with a two finger creamy off white/tan head. The nose is fruity, earthy, Belgian/yeasty, rummy, light alcohol, some raisin. The flavor is a bit rummy, earthy, some yeast character, estery, warm alcohol, a bit spicy, some fruity character, leaves something wanting. . The palate has a full and lively carbonation and finishes warm.
