Brown/amber color with large white soapy head. Aroma and flavor is of spices, brown sugar, fruits and yeast. Syrupy on the palate, with a spicy and sweet finish.

750ml bottle. Poured a cloudy copper with a thin off white head. Nose was spicy, malty, with belgian yeasts. Fairly smooth with a light alcohol bite. Some nice spice notes, but on the mellow/simple side. Finish was spicy.

Pours a translucent copper orange with a two finger creamy off white/tan head. The nose is fruity, earthy, Belgian/yeasty, rummy, light alcohol, some raisin. The flavor is a bit rummy, earthy, some yeast character, estery, warm alcohol, a bit spicy, some fruity character, leaves something wanting. . The palate has a full and lively carbonation and finishes warm.
