| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 4, 2009 Bottle, 330ml. Pours very appealing golden, with decent pristine head that endures. It is perhaps helped by the ceramic bottle that defies the skunking, it has a good triple nose of, citrus, sweet hops and spices, with similar on the palate. Overall a very decent beer. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 31, 2009 Draft at the Abbey in Miami. Very pale yellow pour with big fading white head. Nose of light lemon peel. A little bitter on the tale with mild alcohol notes. Lingering bitter finish. Not overly impressed, especially due to the price, but you gotta love the pink elephants. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 27, 2009 11.2 ounce bottle - $4.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a clear, effervescent, pale yellow body with a rather tall, white head.
Smell: Aromatic blend of spices and sugar stirred up in fresh fruit juices and an inviting hint of the alcohol within.
Taste: Light pale and delicate pilsner malts with a blitz of sugary sweetness. Tangy, fruity mix of the juice from peaches and Golden Delicious apples along with a pinch of lemon zest. Dash of rose water. Floral hops with a light bitterness. Dash of white pepper. Warming, crisp, lightly fruity finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Highly carbonated.
Drinkability: Goes down fairly easily considering the ABV %. Pretty solid, but, then again, so are the other Deliriums. I get the pink elephants on the label, but what’s the significance of the pimp-strutting alligators and ball-balancing Chinese dragons? Davros (247), Australia
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 24, 2009 Pale gold, very clear, fair carbonation. Medium head with some lacing.
Aroma is of white wine, dough, biscuity malt, wheat, rolled oats. Very slight spicy hops starts to creep in later, and a hint of pear. Alcohol can only just be detected.
Taste is rather sweet, typical Belgian doughy-ness, slightly fruity, with medium alcohol and bitterness.
Heavily carbonated as expected, contributing to the thick and creamy mouthfeel. Light heat on the palate. xShanex (47), Mansfield, Texas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 22, 2009 Bottle. Pours light golden with white head that turns to film quickly. Moderate lacing. Noticeable yeast sediment floating around. Not a big fan of a strong ale but this brew is not too bad. Have another? Not right now... dink (6), Sudbury, Ontario, Canada does not count | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 19, 2009 Bottle. Poured into a tulip. Colour is a straw yellow, medium white head, dissipates to thin white rim. Kind of cloudy with a noticeable yeast sediment. Aroma is apple, like a spiced apple cider. Taste was kind of underwhelming. Sweet and prickly alcohol BiddleBrau (332), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 18, 2009 Poured golden with faint white head (did not last long). Aroma is spicy and earthy. Flavor also spicy with grass notes, finishes dry. Not quite as clean as I remember I the past, flavors seemed a bit muddled. On tap at Dive 96
