Aroma is spicy ,and lightly yeasty , lots of fruity notes ,pineapple,lemon,banana, maybe peaches . Flavor is of pale malt grain , some grassy hops with nice fruit notes. Quite yeasty bready , a light honey like sweetness with some flashes of peppercorns . A nice balance between the malt , hops , and yeast . Crisp light body for such a high ABV , no bad alcohol flavors or aromas.Slick lively mouthfeel,quite drinkable. Well crafted and enjoyable

Rocky head. High carbonation. This one is fruity. The spice bouquet is typical of Belgian brew: cloves.... It has a med body finish is bitter and short. Pours gold/orange with nice white head. Aroma of citrusy fruits, nice spices. Taste: fruity with some caramel, yeast, and a little bitterness on the end.

Aroma is extremely yeasty with a background of granny smith apples, pineapple, honey, and what seems like lavender. Flavor shows the same with additional notes of pear, bread, and white pepper. Overall body is moderate and creamy with high carbonation.
