Bottle.A clear golden pour with a medium sized frothy white head that lasted forever , lots of yeast chunks floating around with a huge jet of tiny carbonation bubbles coming from the bottom, lots of lacing and sheeting . Aroma is spicy ,and lightly yeasty , lots of fruity notes ,pineapple,lemon,banana, maybe peaches . Flavor is of pale malt grain , some grassy hops with nice fruit notes. Quite yeasty bready , a light honey like sweetness with some flashes of peppercorns . A nice balance between the malt , hops , and yeast . Crisp light body for such a high ABV , no bad alcohol flavors or aromas.Slick lively mouthfeel,quite drinkable. Well crafted and enjoyable

Dec 21, 2009 Pours clear amber-golden, with a one finger white head, good and lasting lacing. Aroma of caramel, banana, biscuit, apple, with hints of bubblegum and grass. Medium body, zesty, crisp, lightly tart. Flavors of caramel apple, biscuit, some floral notes, and a mild grassy finish. Solid malty sweetness up front, balances nicely with light tartness midpalate and a mild bitter finish.

Dec 21, 2009 A single look at the packaging and the name makes you say: "instant classic". Very complex, fruity-caramel-yeast flavour, no alcohol traces, increadibly smooth. Great.

Dec 14, 2009 Bottle 09.12.15: Golden and clear in color with some yeast particles floating around. Rocky head. High carbonation. This one is fruity. The spice bouquet is typical of Belgian brew: cloves.... It has a med body finish is bitter and short. A very decent beer and must drink during the Christmas holidays.

Dec 13, 2009 12oz bottle from Brewer’s Art, courtesy of my friend on his 21st birthday (he bought 6 of these at $9 a piece...) Pours gold/orange with nice white head. Aroma of citrusy fruits, nice spices. Taste: fruity with some caramel, yeast, and a little bitterness on the end.
Finally tried this beer, and was pleasantly surprised.

Dec 10, 2009 Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick white head. A lot of carbonation in this one. Aroma is fruity like bananas and oranges with hints of honeysuckle. Tast is good very sweet with a warming alcohol feel. Very good. I like it.

Nov 26, 2009 Golden-orange beer with nice white head. Aroma of fruit, spices, cake and some alcohol sweetness. Taste is soft with fruity hints and touches of butter-caramel, yeast and some hop-bitters in the end.

Nov 24, 2009 Bottle pours orange gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is extremely yeasty with a background of granny smith apples, pineapple, honey, and what seems like lavender. Flavor shows the same with additional notes of pear, bread, and white pepper. Overall body is moderate and creamy with high carbonation.
