Jul 27, 2006 Cask @ Chelmsford BF06: Clear yellow, very pale. Nice simple clean apples. Not too tart but a little eggy. Not bad.

Jul 19, 2006 Cask@Chelmsford Beer Festival. Extremely pale cider, almost looks like water, seriously! Quite a stemmy apple character in both aroma and flavour, quite dry. Does lack character, but it was refreshing.

Jul 15, 2006 Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Chelmsford BF. A very anaemic pale green coloured cider witha very dry aroma in which there seemed to be some smelling salts notes. The taste is very dry and over thin. Some apple skins in there but the overall impression was dryness over fruitiness.
