Aug 30, 2009 An amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. A strong caramel aroma, with light c-hops notes. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with little maple notes, nutty, a bit of tangy notes. Interesting ale. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

Feb 2, 2009 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty slightly hoppy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty caramel flavor with some citrus hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish.

Sep 21, 2008 On tap @ Dempseys poured a clear reddish amber with a minimal amber head. Aromas of carmel and light citrus. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light spice and light citrus with a samooth lightly bitter finish.

May 28, 2006 Faint caramel and hops, very sweet caramel taste with hop backbone. Nice bite, dry hoppy finish.
