Commercial Description:
Made with 50% malted barley and 50% malted wheat. The wheat contributes a soft bready character to the beer. This is our lightest and easiest drinking beer. It is served unfiltered, but over time the yeast settles out and the beer will become clear.

A golden ale with a thick white head. A light grassy malt aroma, a bit of caramel. In mouth, a nice wheat ale with crisp malt, light German hops, light to medium bodied, well balanced. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

Heavy banana, cinnamon esters. Taste is yeasty with spices and a suprising low level presence.
