Aug 30, 2009 A golden ale with a thick white head. A light grassy malt aroma, a bit of caramel. In mouth, a nice wheat ale with crisp malt, light German hops, light to medium bodied, well balanced. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

Jan 31, 2009 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty aroma with some hoppy hints. Wheat malty spicy flavor with some weak hoppy hints. Has a sweetish wheat malty finish.

Sep 20, 2008 On tap @ Dempseys poured a cloudy gold with a small lasting off white head. Aromas of wheat, light fruittiness asnd light sraw. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, straw and light spice with a smooth clean finish.
