Bottle. Honey body with a medium foamy head, medium effervescent. Nose-dusty, fruity spice, low alcohol, dusty, white wine. Taste-champagne, high CO2, stinging CO2, light bready, earthy soft white pepper, medium alcohol, cheap Chardonnay, has all the elements of a $3 bottle of white table wine that has been carbonated. Enjoyable in a winery kind of way. Although I am not a big fan of pairing food and beer, I imagine that this would be very good with a heart meal.

Nov 26, 2008 Flaske: Imponerende skumhoved igen. Lysere og klart filtreret. Smagen er parfumeret som normale tripler men ellers ikke noget synderligt markant. Dog en udmærket øl, lidt udover det sædvanlige.

Oct 22, 2008 Clear dark gold with a white head. Big fruity yeasty, lightly oxidized aroma is earthy apple skin and apricots. Medium body and softly carbonated. Nice earthy, dusty pale malt flavors with sweet light pit fruits. Has a mild alcohol twang to finish. Bottle stamped with a 04.06.2008 drink by date.

Sep 28, 2008 Pours golden with a nice head that soon resides to a ring and a layer. Aroma is unparticular, with nothing really sticking with me. Pieces of yeast suspended in the beer. That never really impresses me. Taste is an unspectacular belgian ale, but not too bad. Decent brew, the floaties just aren’t my favorite.

Sep 11, 2008 Golden with a nice white head. Very effervescent. Yeasty, spicey, fruity nose. Slightly sweet, malty flavor with a dry spicey finish.

Aug 28, 2008 <i>A Mes rate: bottle at Chris O’s Post GBBF Tasting.</i><br />Very clean gold with a thin but stable white head. Good spicy and grassy hoppage with faint licks of almond like alcohol. Dry and spicy finish with a slight sweetness and an odd lingering salty hint.
