Mar 30, 2008 Had this one on tap at Volo. Poured slightly cloudy yellow color with a slight orangness to it. Aroma was spicy and citrusy. Mostly a lemon aroma in this one. This was real easy to drink and one of the best wheat beers ive had.

Dec 7, 2006 I’ve been drinking this one since Denison’s days as a brewpub. It was a classic then, and is a classic now. Tons of banana on the nose, lovely body, lots of nice lacing. The banana is present in the taste as well. Slightly-cloudy looking. Damnit Michael, bottle this stuff already.

Aug 25, 2009 On tap at Beer Bistro (Toronto, ON). Pours a hazy caramel color with one finger bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of banana, clove, honey, wheat, yeast, grain, some light floral esters. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of caramel, honey, clove, spice, banana, grain, yeast. Light to medium body with a pleasing light floral finish. Nice ale.

Jun 15, 2009 Draught at Queen and Beaver. Pours a cloudy vibrant yellow gold with a creamy white head. Banana, spice and cirtus aroma. Nice wheaty flavour with notes of banana, cirtus and spice. Lingering fruity finish; smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Impressive.

Jul 12, 2003 Aroma is as much banana as clove, but not as over the top phenolic as say weihenstephan. Full-bodied, and nice carbonation which feels good on the tongue. If this is at 80%, I need to taste it at its peak. Thanks, Josh.

Jun 28, 2003 Ratebeer Fest 2003: Poured a cloudy dark yellow with dissipating white head. Light banana notes and seems a bit thin in the finish. Doesn't match up to New Glarus' Solstice. No comparison.

Jun 4, 2005 Totally opaque golden yellow with a thin foamy head. Veryy mellow taste with a citrus tone which is not very deep but very flavorful. Crisp clean finish with a subtle aftertaste. Best weissbier I have tried to date. Very easy drinking.

Sep 15, 2006 HAve heard good things about this beer. By the moment I had my nose a little blocked, so maybe I couldn’t taste it properly. IT has the correct orange features in the taste. VEry cloudy. Thin foam with an aftertaste new to me and a little alcoholic.
