Allen (644), Wölflinswil, Switzerland Dec 16, 2007 It pours a nice clear golden beer with a decent white head. The aroma is rather grainy. The taste is soapy, grainy and rather cloying. Low bitterness. Nothing much to write about... A good price though. blue757 (6), Chur, Switzerland does not count Dec 16, 2006 Light to medium bodied, clear medium yellow beer, white disappearing head, short bitter & longer sweet finish.
Not exiting, but sensational for the price: 0.5 ltr @ 0.50 Swiss Francs. Bov (4659), Bienne, Switzerland Dec 11, 2006 pours a clear and bright golden colour under a white foamy head; fat corny aroma, almost soapy; sweet and medium-bodied; a touch of bitterness and a moderate herbla finish - very raw stuff; not good beerlady (230), lucerne, Switzerland Apr 28, 2006 Updated: Aug 12, 2006half-liter bottle
this is a beer sold by denner, the same swiss supermarket-group,who sells denner export-beer,denner spezial hell and denner cresta(brewed by lupo getränke).
not very big head.
clear jellow color
hoppy smell (rather bitter),and something malty-sweet behind.( has a little bit a metallic smell)
hoppy taste( bitter too),but alltough malty
aftertaste hoppy and a little bit malty
very fizzy little bubbles(is like mineral water on the tongue)
very classical clear beer, not bad, refreshing, but not many different tasts.but also in some kind astonishing, when looking at the price, because it’s the most cheap from the denner-beers.(it coasts 0.55 swiss-francs) (so,for that price,it could be much less good.i had beers who costed much more and was much less good)
refreshing on a hot summer day,for a party or so,but not to drink it with some old friends for discussing about the taste of it.i use it sometimes for coocking too,for example in minced pork-meat,with a spicy sause,or for pork liver(the pork liver looses the aftertaste, that pork liver has.)
