Draught. Pours clear amber with a spare, frothy, off-white head, diminishing, spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, bread, nutty), light hops (grass), and average yeast (sweat, leather). Light bodied, soft carbonation, thin texture and a metallic finish. Short duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness.

Brilliant red-amber hue. Mild hop/malt aroma and flavor, quite well-balanced. A good example of the style, but boring just the same.

Draft at Denver Chophouse. Rubyish copper. Nose is malty with caramel, spicy hops and light nuttiness. Taste is caramel, malt, spicy hops and a slightly stronger nuttiness. Body is medium with moderate carbonation. Finishes with more spicy hops, caramel, and light nutty flavors.

A nice little session ale. Has a well balanced flavor, with some sweet caramel and a hint of butterscotch like sweetness. Hops follow through after the inital malt blast, drying out the flavor with the right amount of bitterness.
