Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is caramel and bitter hops. Taste is bitter hops, caramel, light fruits, toasted malts. Medium bodied. nick76 (2634), Tampa, Florida, USA Jan 6, 2009 The aroma is quite hoppy and almost like an IPA. It has both grassy and citrus type hops. The malt is also there to balance the aroma. The appearance is golden and amber with a nice head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. This is a very good pale ale that is true to the style. Tmoney99 (4652), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Oct 19, 2007 Draft sample at Knoxville Brew Jam. Poured a clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with a light slick texture. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met by a good drinkable brew. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: May 11, 2008Date: 09/23/2006
