Commercial Description:
An American style Pale Ale with a clean crisp maltiness and just a moderate amount of hops to satisfy but not overwhelm the taste buds.

The aroma is quite hoppy and almost like an IPA. It has both grassy and citrus type hops. The malt is also there to balance the aroma. The appearance is golden and amber with a nice head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. This is a very good pale ale that is true to the style.

Draft sample at Knoxville Brew Jam. Poured a clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with a light slick texture. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met by a good drinkable brew.

on draught. Nice rich amber hue with a thin, fading white head. There’s a little cherries and some bitter hops in the scent. It’s got a quite malty, floral body with a good distribution of spicy hops and a smoky, burned finish.
