Notes from 06 knoxville brewers jam. Brown hazy pour. Very average flavor of light toasted malt and a little hops. A very average beer but very drinkable as well.

Draught at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam ’06. Pours a cloudy orange copper color thin off-white head. Very sweet malty aroma, with some fruit and banana. The flavor is a bit hoppy, and rather sweet with a spice-like quality, and an almost wine-like feel in the mouth.

Deep copper color. Wispy head. Slightly to moderately sweet. Moderate fizziness. Can’t taste the alcohol, but I suspect it is there. I guess it comes off slightly flat.

Draft at 2005 Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Poured a cloudy amber color with a creamy head that quickly diminished. The aroma had an inviting mix of hops with banana, grass, and fruits noted. The flavor was lighter hops with citrus and banana detected. Light bitterness and a medium body. Very smooth and drinkable on a warm day.

draught. It’s a nice red brew with a delicate head. Faint musty sweet aroma on this. The flavor is lightly hopped and malty with a faint pear sweetness. This reminded me more of a tasty red ale than the average Belgian style brew.
