Draught at brewery. Pours a light golden color with a heavy, tall white head. The aroma is sweet with suggestions of honey and woody, lightly citrusy hops. This is pretty light, but not overly watery. It’s easily drinkable with commendable balance. The malts are juicy and light, lemony flavors highlight things. I picked up hints at pears and apples as well. The finish is barley bitter with some nipping woody notes.
