Cloudy yellow with a white foam. Aroma is lemon, citrus, coriander, bitter orange. Taste is lemony citrus, the finish is nicely yeasty but with too heavy of a bitter orange peel note.

on tap at Frieberg’s in johnson city, TN. hazy golden color with champagne-like bubbles. aroma is banana and yeasty. flavor is citrusy, bready and of some spice. finish is pretty clean with some more of the banana like flavor. its ok, but honestly not much better than something like Shock Top, which is too bad.

Draft sample at Knoxville Brew Jam. Poured a cloudy white color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate wheat citrus aroma. Light to medium body. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Pours a cloudy light gold, with a medium white head. Smells of musty wheat and lemon citrus. Quite mild and boring aroma. Very atringent flavor, tart wheat and citrus fruits, with a touch of that dishsoap flavor I get sometimes in wheats. Not very good at all. Flawed in most every aspect. Too tart, and not enough wheat and banana flavors. Disappointing.

Draught at Main Street Cafe. Pours a cloudy, very light, off-yellow with a creamy, persistent head. The nose is very mild and bready in nature with small hints at fruit. This beer is nicely clean and superbly refreshing on a hot day. The banana presence is very natural and the spiced character is appropriately proportionate. The finish is slightly sour. Now, here’s my biggest beef with this brew: it is incredibly light. Even for this style, it’s watery. Nice thirst quencher, nice with a hamburger, but not very gratifying as a beer experience.

Very Pale yellow, almost like the juice in canned pears, and a big white head. Very fruity aroma, maybe blueberry dominating? Flavor is Apricot and blueberry, with notes of cinnamon, coriander and nutmeg. Very tasty and insanely drinkable. Down right refreshing, I’d say. At the 2007 Hickory Hops.
