Commercial Description:
Made in association with Philippe Olivier, a master cheesemaker, to accompany the cheeses made in the region.

(750ml bottle) Sampled at Goldorak’s Sunday MTL Gathering. Good god - what am I drinking - Cheese??? Pours a white, lasting head with a cloudy, sediment-filles head and a orange-gold body. Nose is elusive - somewhat hemp, perfume and yeasty. Peppery flavour, grassy and tart. Lemon, yeasty finish. Very good.

Cloudy gold, raising a nice 1cm foamy keeper proposing light and elegant lacing. Slightly tart, soft orange and zesty citrus nose, softly spicy yeastiness pairing along weirder grassy influenced vinegar eggs and ice cream reminding flavors. Natural wheatiness making it akin to cereals. Pepper and curacao oriented yeast hints while hops add a spiciness of their own, lemony. Grainy, desserty and with a cheesestick fit that sets it apart. Effervescent big bubbled light-medium body. Most interesting. One of those event-worthy never heard of, could be gimmicky, beers that can’t but give you absolutely 0 expectation, but come up as far above average and confirms you’re in the right business as a beer seeker.

Interesting concept I found in a cheeze shop in Clermont-Ferrand, France. A Beer specifically crafted to pair off with cheese. Why not?

Golden Orange, with a pearly white head with gorgeous honey-comb bubbles that were perfectly aligned one next to the other. I like that I lot, it taps into my cathesian side...
Loaves of bread and orange juice, with just a hint of holiday spices.
Wheaty and fruity, the citrus aftertaste reminded me of mandarin oranges in light syrup. Quite a refreshing wit and well done from yet another French brewer I’ve never heard of before.
