Aug 8, 2008 22 oz bomber purchased at the Wine Store on Water Street in Port Townsend, Washington. Pour is hazy yellow white, a slight greenish tint with a one inch white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of wheat, lemon citrus, earthy hay and coriander. Some slightly sweet yeastiness in there as well. Nice nose. Taste is wheat, spicy coriander, lemon lime citrus and a great grassy hay graininess. All really well balanced. Perfectly bright taste and clean finish. This is a very tasty wit. Please make this a regular lineup beer, it’s amazing.

Aug 8, 2008 Light loose bubbly white head. Light yellow. A bit hazy, but not loaded with yeast like some wits are. Not overpowering aroma, but nicely light and pleasant. Fresh spices in the flavor. Nice light body. This could easily be used as a lawnmower beer on a hot summer day!

Aug 4, 2008 Clear yellow amber pour. Thick white head that follows all the way down. 22 oz bottle. Big bubbles. A bit of citrus and banana aromas. Light and creamy body, more bananas and wheat. Good summer drink.

Aug 4, 2008 ~Pours a light cloudy yellow color with small to medium sized creamy white head.
~Scent of wheat coriander and yeast. Slight citrus.
~Spicy wheat taste with mild banana. Kind of gets a slight flavor of vanilla when warmer. Can’t really taste the orange peel, maybe a little.
~Light creamy feel. Clean finish
~I think this is a good beer. I like the fact that it isn’t like a typical witbier. The fact that it isnt real heavy with coriander makes me like it more. Very refreshing and enjoyable beer.

Aug 4, 2008 22oz bottle. Aroma of yeast and spices. Nice golden color with a small white head that dissipates rather quickly, very carbonated. Smooth wheat taste with a Belgium twang at the end. Good crisp mouth feel due to high carbonation. Interesting beer from a normally hoppy brewery, like one review said like a cross between a Belgium Wit and a Hef.

Aug 4, 2008 barely hazy golden pour with a soapy white head. aroma is musty, grainy, woody, lemon, spice and some savory yeast. rather muted flavor of banana, orange, wheat, coriander and clove. dry spicy hoppy finish leads to a herbal, banana and wheaty aftertaste. medium body is a bit milky feeling with some sharp spiciness and soft carbonation. it’s good for drinkin’ on but it is rather bland...
