BOLTZ7555 (600), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Jul 15, 2008 I enjoyed this one...mild, refreshing, meek. A great beer for a hot summer day!!! Nice frothy white head with a pale yellow body. The aroma is banana, yeast, orange, and clove. Flavor follows the nose and is as mellow. A tad watery but I don’t want or expect anything heavy in this style.
fordest (1857), Santee/San Diego, California, USA Nov 20, 2008 22 oz bottle. Some sweet aromas with some floral notes. Flavors were not as sweet. Citrus and bright fruits but heavy on the wheat twang. Just okay. slimchill (694), Austin, Texas, USA Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. Sweet coriander and somewhat chalky aroma. Clear for style, yellow with thin head. Dry and chalky, light coriander and very little citrus. Thin. Boring. presario (2501), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Nov 18, 2008 Clear gold. Very carbonated. Thin head. Nice light pepper aroma. Light pepper flavour builds to long lasting peppery aftertaste. (Soft table pepper) Like a peppery golden ale. Delirium (440), Santa Cruz, California, USA Oct 26, 2008 Bomber. Pours slightly hazy yellow-golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweetish malt, witbier yeast and spices, with quite a bit of coriander. Flavor is similar, with a noticeable bit of orange peel. Not going to win any excitement awards, but it all comes together nicely. anders37 (2834), Malmö, Sweden Oct 25, 2008 Draught @ Deschutes Brewery and Public House, Portland, OR. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a small white head. Has a slightly sweet yeasty spicy citrus aroma. Sweetish spivy citrus flavor with some hints of yeast. Has a fruity malty yeasty finish with hints of citrus in the aftertaste.
