Light malty and nutty scent. Mahogany body. Medium palate. Nice even malt taste--no hops. Very easy to drink and excellent brown.

Also sampled at Blooms and Brews Fest, but this isn’t the first time tasting it. Medium brown/ dark amber hue. Medium creamy head, with little linger or lacing. Very mild, malty brew with very little hop presence. A well balanced beer. Great after a long hike.

Sampled at the 2007 Blooms & Brews Fest at the Oregon Gardens. THis one is a dark brown with an average sized head. Taste is of toasted grain, some nuttiness, and some subtle hops in the finish. Carbonation is medium and body is medium. A very nice tasty brown Ale.

Malty aroma with a medium head and light-brown color. Malty taste, mild finish with a foamy mouthfeel. Easy to drink. The key to this beer is letting it warm up; pretty blah if drank ice cold (as most beers are!).

12 oz. bottle - Pours a light brown color with a good size 2 finger thick light tan head. Nice lacing. Has a light toasted caramel malt aroma. Has a light roasted pecan malt flavor. Has enough bitterness to balance out the malt. Mouthfeel is smooth, but a little thin. A decent Brown.

Bottle. Malty aroma. Poured red-brown with a lasting pale tan head. Malty flavour with a medium to thin body. Ordinary beery finish. This beer began better than it ended, but I would drink it again.
