Mar 4, 2008 Tap at Bend location. Deep brown colored, reddish mahogany colored at the edges. Small off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma is pleasant, chocolate/cocoa , sweet and perhaps slightly yeasty. Suprisingly full bodied which might be a bit out of style but works well here. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol is tucked away nicely. Chocolate dominates taste, lightly drying, nice hop balance. Well done.
