Commercial Description:
Cascade Ale is crisp and refreshing. Generous herbal hop character and just a hint of caramel malt create a perfect balance.

Pours a nice golden color with a small white head. Aroma is slightly malty with a floral hop aroma. Taste was pretty average, nothing really special. Still crisp and refreshing though, kinda watery end though.

Bottle pours golden with a decent white head.   Good lacing, minor carbonation.   Hops, malts, and caramel on the nose.   Forwardly lightly hoppy, fading to a nice malty finish.   Tastes like an APA light.   Clean, crisp, well balanced.   Tiz good.

Color is slighly cloudy orange. No head. Mouthfeel is medium at best. Slighly sweet, a little bitter with a nice hoppy finish, not sure which types of hops (funny I don't think it's Cascade hops). Pretty standard, but sub par for Deschutes.

A nice clear copper color with a slim white head. Nice citrusy/hoppy aroma, but somewhat milder than I had hoped. Smooth, some malt in the flavor. Fairly well balanced, yet I expected more from this brew.

Pours clear amber with medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is delicious flowery pine, citrus, Cascade hops all the way, true to the name. Equivalent of some IPAs. Flavor is all of this along with smooth malt and not much bitterness in the finish. Very smooth and nicely balanced.

Light amber color with small yeasties suspended in the brew.Small white head that faded quickly to nothingness.Malty fruity aroma with a nice grapefruit accent, and hops.Sweet malty taste upfront then a switch to grapefruit and mild hops with the brew never getting any real bitterness to it at all but staying fairly sweet and tasty. The finish is smooth and fruity.Very nice brew and easy to drink.

Another fine product from Deschutes. It's crisp, it's refreshing....something nice to drink during the hot summer season.
