Citrus aroma with a floral scent in the background. Also a strange hint of soy sauce. Light body and a little bit sweet that reminded me of bubblegume and cotton candy. A bit fizzy on the tongue. blutt59 (2099), Dallas, Texas, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 2, 2009 Bottle. Nice aroma. I picked up vanilla, almond and wheat. The first flavor note is solid. But flavor tends to fade. Malt flavor is strong. Some light chocolate and caramel midrange notes too. A very good beer. Perfect with dinner.
