Jul 28, 2009 12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild caramel and roasted. Flavour has the same, dry and towards breadish yet with a subtle hoppy note. Bitter and mild roasted finish.

Dec 15, 2007 12 oz bottle. This brew poured a nice rusty amber color, head was off white, big and froathy. Nose was hoppy, with some caramel and a hint of orange zest. Would love to try this brew again.

May 3, 2008 Aroma is a fresh hop scent. Color is a deep amber with good carbonation and a nice thin but tight head. Taste super hoppy and bitter. Starting with a light/medium body it goes down fizzy. Finish is hoppy with a slight sweetness then slams you with a bold bitter bite. After taste is a little dry as the bitterness lingers on. It seems a little hoppy for an Amber but it is a very tasty brew.

May 16, 2007 350 mL bottle. Copper red color with creamy white head, sweet caramel aroma, tangy full bodied palate, caramel sweetness with a hint of citrus and a floral hoppy bitterness to the finish. Decent.
