| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 27, 2008 Poured a carmel color with a medium sized white head. Tasted of carmel malts with a hint of hops. Light to medium bodied beer which was pretty clean on the palate. The aftertaste had an odd flavor I just couldn’t place. Not too bad, but probably wouldn’t drink again. Bockyhorsey (2549), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 23, 2008 Bottle. Aroma of grain and somewhat watery. Amber body color, held to light a copper color with good carbination bubble action. Good off white head left good lacing on glass. Texture was think for an organic from other that I’ve had. Had good hop bittering balanced out by some sugary stickyness and some grains detectable. Palate was surprized this was organic and not a regular Amber Ale. mcbackus (751), Merritt Island, Florida, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Bottle... Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Great retention. Earthy aroma of straw, black tea and spent mash. Medium to full-bodied with lively carbonation. Pretty sweet, but earthy and herbal English hops provide enough bitterness to keep the malts in check. Sweet, grassy finish. Very nice little drinker. Bottle provided by mcbackus! riversideAK (2742), Shoreline, Washington, USA
