Ungstrup (11148), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 11, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty and alcoholic, but also with notes of peaches tending to be over ripe. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of peaches, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is surprisingly thin. omhper (10456), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 24, 2006 Updated: Mar 29, 2006Bottled. Clear copper colour, average head. Rich citric grapefruit aroma. Dyish and completely dominated by juicy hops. The maltiness is firm, but apart from some notes of cookies it doesn’t lend to much flavour to the beer, just ody. The finish continues to be predominantly hop aromatic, even though there is a great deal of bitterness. An uncomplicated but very enjoyable beer. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 9, 2006 (Bottle 65 cl) Pours a clear, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt and a distinct citrusy zest. Quite full-bodied with marked citrus notes and a dry, bitter finish. 061006 Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Mar 13, 2006 Slightly hazy dark amber colour. Fresh woodsy hop aroma with caramel and breadcrust malt. The body is a bit sticky, but gets creamier towards the finish. Rich hop bitterness is well-balanced by bready malts. Well-rounded. Lip-smacking hop finish. Pretty good fresh, but the way this hop character is, it will be probably be total crap in six months. Definitely enjoy this now! joergen (6340), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 8, 2006 Bottle.
