Appearance: Pours a copper/gold with a nice off white head with some lace left in the glass
Aroma: Citrus and pine hops
Taste: Caramel and citrus hops with a dry finish.
Less hoppy than I thought it would be from what the label says. But it is a good beer, wish I had another.

Nov 13, 2009 Bottle. Poured a clear golden-copper color with a half-inch white head that diminished to a thin layer and left some spotty lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet caramel, some light leafy hops, and a hint of pine. Smooth, lightly sweet entry leads into a moderately dry hoppiness with some pine and light hints of citrus fruit (mainly orange) and finishes with a bit of sweet caramel maltiness offsetting the light, earthy bitterness. Low carbonation and somewhat thin mouth feel. Overall, a decent beer that seemed a bit subdued and thin. Had some promising qualities, but nothing that actually stuck out.

Nov 12, 2009 22 ounce bottle at the Beerhive. Pour dark amber color with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet caramel, earthy hops. A smooth sweet flavor; fresh citrus hops,caramel, earthy flavors. It grows on you and is a nice Pale Ale. Easygoing.

Nov 12, 2009 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a very nice looking amber with thick beige head. Aroma is nice, floral, hopy, light caramel. Flavor was a little weaker then expected, but it was nice, some hoppy flavor, light malt, little grassy with some dirt. Mouth feel is medium body, medium-high carbonation, kinda watery. Overall, not bad.

Nov 9, 2009 Caramel amber pour with a nice thick, white head. Aroma is not overpowering, but has ample buscuity sweetness and floral hop pungency. Not over the top, but nowhere near mundane. I guzzled this bomber with surprising speed. Super solid pale.

Nov 9, 2009 Slightly hazy light copper pour with a soapy white head that dissipates somewhat quickly with average lacing. Aroma is sweet grain, earthy, and citrus fruit. Flavors of light caramel and grain with a floral/grassy character from the hops. Short finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation, no alcohol warmth. Decent fresh hop beer... last year was better

Nov 3, 2009 Bottle from 08 enjoyed sometime in 09... oops. Pours a sticky glowing orange with a big frothy off-white head. Aroma is nice and wort-like, caramel, sticky, piney, some tropical fruit, peachy, mango. Flavor is chewy caramel, tropical fruits, papaya, mango, peach, light pine. Slightly syrupy body, quite sticky.
