| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 30, 2007 Amber color with a medium head. Very fresh hop aroma with some floral/grass, tobacco, peas and some earthiness - a very impressive bouquet of hop smells. Flavor is smooth and delicious - tasty hop flavors that are super fresh and leafy/flowery. Nice malt backing. Good finish and very refreshing. As good as any wet hop APA out there. marcus (1885), Sacramento, California, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 29, 2007 On tap at Toronado. This amber ale poured with a decent beige head. The hops are very tasty and not too bitter, and there is a nice balancing malt presence. drawde (115), San Francisco, California, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 25, 2007 Fresh green grassy flavor. Actually doesn’t taste too hoppy but that’s ok. Lemony flavor too. Wish I had more to say but I don’t. Don’t know if that’s a bad thing or not. I was a bit underwhelmed but then again I was comparing against Great Divide. illinismitty (1799), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 22, 2007 Bottle from Yonkers65. Thanks Bruce, I have had this on my wants list for awhile. Pours a slightly hazy amber with some reddish hues and a white head. Great wet floral hop aroma. This smell like fresh leaf hops right off the vine. Initial flavor of caramel, citrus, and toasted grains, in which the overall combination is somewhat unique. Mid palate has a very soft bitterness combined with hints of tangerine. Bitterness is quite mild on the finish, which has some subtle accents of grapefruit and tea. Nice beer with an interesting harmony between the malt and hop profile. Not a hop bomb, but there is nothing wrong with that. fakepurseninja (785), Washington, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 22, 2007 Bottle 2007: Super floral hoppy ale - not bitter hopped i n the traditional sense, but very sweet and floral. As a matter of fact, there is virtually no bitterness in the drink after the initial presence. The malt provides a nice medium body with a cereal malt presence that is well defined on the finish. Nice drink overall, very sweet homage to the fresh hop flower. after4ever (2805), Brier, Washington, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Oct 22, 2007 22. Pours a crystal clear burnished medium amber. Thick, moussy tangerine-colored head. Very little lace, and what’s there is spotty bubbles at best. Very mild nose, almost neutral--a little bit of floral goodness there. Medium body, active carb that’s perfectly placed. Sweet piney, candied orange flavors announce themselves right off the attack and carry through over a subtle malt caramel counterpoint on the mid-palate. Right before the finish the sweet pine gets a little cat boxy/ammonia-like, but just in its intensity, not in a nasty qualitative morph or anything. Pleasant refreshingly sweet finish. Nice stuff. troopie (892), USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 14, 2007 Draught. A disappointment from Deschutes. Pale gold body, thin head. Bland body with not much happening. faint malt aroma. Oily unpleasant finish. Again, not really bad, but not worth drinking again.
