The head is one finger thick frothy and offwhite. Thenose is fruity, fresh, mildly resionous hop feel, ctirusy, sweet malt backbone, some orange peel. The flavor has a very nice mild balancing hop bitterness, some bubblegum character, sweet malt character, less hop flavor but a very nice presence. Palate is nice and balanced. maniac (2628), Richmond, Virginia, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 16, 2009 Bottle from hopscotch. Pours with an off-white, smallish head that subsides over a glowing hazed orange body with decent lacing. Aroma of fresh and fruity hops with orange and a bit of minerals or rock smell. Taste is fresh and chewy hops, fruity and floral yet finishes quite sweet. Lively bubbles but a watery mouthfeel. Well crafted. YogiBeera (2437), Hamburg, Germany

Malty nose, pine, earth and light citrus. Pleasant Mandarin orange flavor, slightly earthy and a bit of pine over caramel. Well balanced and very drinkable. Mildly earthy finish. Nice drippy lace. Sessionable as hell. ElDuderino (144), Roslindale, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 2, 2009 Bottle. Pours a nice pale orange body, very translucent, with a thick off-white head with decent retention. Light notes of citrus peel and grapefruit fill the nose. Great up front hoppy dry flavor of pine needles and grapefruit. Very bitter finish that is uncharacteristic or unexpected, at least. Finishing each sip makes me want to swallow twice. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 31, 2008 Courtesy Mr. Stitch. I wasn’t a big fan of this. Seemed thin and weak. Aroma was stale hops but very faint. Pour was a nice medium amber with a 2 finger off white head. Taste was very neutral. There was a thin pine hoppiness to it but it didn’t carry through to the aftertaste. Decent carbonation, but it didn’t make this beer more drinkable.
