Aroma is average malt (cereal, bread), heavy hop (pine, citrus, flowers), average yeast (sweat) with notes of apple, tangerine, and alcohol. Medium bodied, chalky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Jul 8, 2009 @Tampa Weekly Gathering-Thanks kiefdog-22oz bottle–pours a light tan head and amber color. Aroma is pine hops, medium malt-caramel. Taste is pine/citrus hops, medium malt-caramel. OK effervescence.

Jul 8, 2009 Courtesy of keifdog. Pours a very striking clear copper with thin white head. The aroma has notes of crystal malts, spice, floral hops and a bit of fruity esters. The taste has a nice rich malt to crystal malt goodness moving then into a modest level of pine and grapefruit hop flavor. Quickly the hop flavors pick up a mild level of bitterness. But the late addition to the boil hop flavor remains the dominant feature all the while supported by a tasty level of maltiness.

Jul 4, 2009 Bomber thanks to sparky27. Pours oranage with white head. Aroma is hops, citrus and caramel malt. Flavor is bitter hops, citrus, caramel malt and pine. Nicely balanced average IPA. Could have used more of a citrus punch to balance out the bitter hops.
