On tap at Stone; a clear, toasted gold in color. Sweet, yeasty, spicy and herbal aroma. flavor was very grainy and corny, with some yeast and butter. Not too much hopping. golubj thought it was sweet, spicy and grainy, in giving a 3.5; and for some reason I wrote down it makes him moist, I think that is his words not mine.

Bottle from BSF Bar at GBBF ’08. Gold with a white head. First impression of the aroma was piney hops, however a fascinating sweet pinepple nose developed. Taste is sweet, perhaps peachy, with some grapefruit following. I liked this for its gentle, restrained qualities, allied with plenty of variety and interest in the taste. 4.8.09: Cask, gravity at same location ’09. Copper gold. Pine and grapefruit hop aroma. Some sweetness in the taste followed by sharp bitterness. Slightly watery, but highly acceptable. Rated 7,3,6,4,12:3.2

On tap, pours pale gold with a thin white head. A bit bitter and bland in the nose, but the flavor is quite nice and smooth with a bready malt and some meium bitterness. Nice interesting woody finish. Quite drinkable.

A hazy blonde ale with a thin white head. A sweet biscuitty malt with light apple puree notes, In mouth, a fresh grain mash with light hops. Medium bodied. Not bad. Tasted in August 2007.

Bottle. Pours a gold-orange color with a medium white head. Aroma is light, of flowery hops. Flavor is also mild: initial flavor is sweetish, some malt, fruit, and a touch of sugar. Finish is slightly bitter, dominated by hops. Decent APA.

12oz Bottle. Pours a clear medium gold with a one finger white head and spotty lacing. Nose is sweet grass and malt. Taste is pretty much the same with a twangy bitter finish that comes off a bit manufactured. Medium mouth feel. Refreshing, but something just seems “off” about this beer.

Golden straw color pour with a foamy white head. Aroma of light malt and sweet light fruits. Flavor is similarly sweet and fruity, but with just a hint of a floral hoppiness on the finish. Medium bodies and refreshing on the palate. Not a bad summer brew.

A Mes rate: Bottle at GBBF.
Pale gold with a thin white head. Fairly tropical hoppage all round. Nice grapefruit notes, some peach and not really enough malt to give it a back bone. Nice flavours just a bit lifeless.
