This was a nice refreshing summer ale. 12 oz bottle. Pours a medium golden color with a light white head. Aroma was malty with some hop presance....and maybe some banana???

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that was long lasting and left behind a typically carbonated orange colored body. The aroma was hoppy malty bready and dough. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The mild IPA hoppy like flavor contained notes of malt and hops. A decent one that I would consider buying again. Very drinkable.

Bottle, Liquid Solutions. Pours a medium copper color. Light sweet aroma of English hops. Lightly bitter flavor, some nice English hoppy qualities. Smooth flavor throughout. Easy drinker. Bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden orange color with a small white head. Very little aroma. An orangey, citrus taste. A nice, thin palate for a summer beer. Overall a good beer that hits sthe spot on a warm day.

Tasted 22/09/2006. 12oz bottle from BrewNZ. Orange-gold, slight haze, with no head. Caramel and a minerally yeast note dominate a fairly bland nose. A little malt sweetness lies beneath a sharp yeast and nettle-like hop dominated flavour. Light-medium weight, medium carbonation. Rather lifeless. Hopefully it’s lost something on the way here.

I’m gonna go a bit higher than the avg on this one. It’s pretty unique and a good fit for the ambience the label calls for - okay, I’m a sucker. But worth a try, anything from Deshutes is worth a try.

Bottle... NTB Ernesto Festo ’06... Drank this one after dawn on Friday, September 1st. Walked outside in the stiff breeze and checked out everyone’s damage. Some folks lost roofs, windows and doors. Most other houses lost a couple dozen shingles. All told, we lost seven shingles… that’s all. God watches over babies and drunks, I guess. Anyway, back to the beer… lightly hazy, apricot-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is of wildflower honey. Perfectly balanced flavor but a bit thin and bland. Light to medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Lengthy, mildly bitter, dry, and finally, grassy finish. Thanks go out to kenb for the bottle!
