Catagorized as a pale ale, this guy boats those characteristics in a fashionably light manor, while also bringing forth sweet hints of citrus and honey. All in all when found for cheap sale prices, this can be one of my favorite non-collectible summer brews! douglas88 (1675), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

The aroma is full of hops, some honey as well. The flavor is basically a nice mix of sweet malts, come honey and a nice hop presence, mostly light citrus and pine. Easygoing and decent. larryLSB (165), La Selva Beach, California, USA

The nose is dominated by a nice piney and citrusy hoppy aroma, balanced by a sweet malt hint. Rather simple but balanced and assertive taste. A nice session beer. msante79 (849), Orland Hills, Illinois, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 14, 2009 Picked up at the local QFC. 12 oz. bottle. Copper/orange appearance. Nice thin head that eventually fades away; a nice looking brew. Somewhat aromatic. Slightly fruity. I am having a hard time picking up the hops on the nose. Now the flavor is different. The fruity flavor is there immediately and then the hoppy flavor takes over leaving a nice bittering hop on the back of the mouth. Very subtle flavor. Nothing too big in this beer. Somewhat of a smooth palate. Overall, very middle of the road beer. SamGamgee (1467), Santa Cruz (La Selva), California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 14, 2009 12oz bottle. Pleasantly hoppy, with light bitterness, but a fruity, spicy character that tingles the back of the tongue on the way down. Deep gold color with a lasting head, moderate lace. Light on the tongue, with a light malt sweetness that just underlies the hop flavors. Light caramel and grapefruit in the aroma. I was apprehensive when purchasing this, as the package didn’t really give away much about the style or flavor, but this was a damn drinkable beer that I can’t really fault at all except maybe to say that it might not hold my interest for more than a couple.
