The nose is lightly soapy with a touch of noble hops and light malt. Thin body and a watery mouthfeel. Light toasty biscuit in the tail and a balanced finished. No esters or anything. The aroma is light malts and floral hops. The taste was well balanced between a sweet malt that was very mild and a nice semi-bitter hops. Very well made and quite tasty. As usual I enjoyed this Desert Edge beer. Keep em coming. jcwattsrugger (5563), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
